So Why Did Al-Akhbar Release The Latest Wikileaks?
It is clear from the content of the leaks that pretty much all parties in Lebanon were routing against Hezbollah in the 2006 war, including the party’s allies (Berri, Aoun and Jumblat). So why did Al-Akhbar, the newspaper sympathetic to March 8, release the leaks and create tensions at the delicate time of forming the new pro-Hezbollah government?
