Apparently the FM boycotted prayers he headed on Eid, so now he’s paying back by making a tour of the south. The question is: Does he honestly believe that touring a part of Lebanon is a form of spiting the FM?

Apparently a compromise that pleases all sides was reached on the vaunted Bassil electricity plan. One of the more interesting ideas in the compromise is the inclusion of Electricity de France in a supervisory role (technical and financial).

We should be having a public conversation about power plants in Lebanon, and yet the topic too complex and technical for casual discussions. Is there a way to make this easier?
