So Bellemare has “Strong Evidence that will be difficult to appeal”? That would be interesting but not implausible. Remember, Hezbollah has been fighting the looming indictment tooth and nail to prevent it from even coming out. Perhaps there was something to fear after all, and we’re not talking about circumstantial evidence or for that matter telecommunication evidence.
