There are two demonstrations planned for Tripoli. One against the Syrian regime and the other in support of the regime. So Minister Ziad Baroud apparently decides to ban both demonstrations because they’re scheduled to take place on a Christian holiday, and “Causing such disturbance on a Christian holiday would “infringe the requirements of coexistence and protecting the city’s security”. Huh?
