You really can’t make this stuff up:
Interior Minister Marwan Charbel’s coat was stolen twice during his visit to Romania with President Michel Suleiman earlier this week […] The following day, the minister grew cold during a ceremony […] which prompted the president to order that the minister be granted a third coat.
Can’t decide if this is funny or sad..
