A Quick Note To Mobile Users

If you’re reading this on a mobile device (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry..etc), you probably noticed that you no longer have the option to “switch to the full version” of the website.

The reason is simple: This *is* the full version of Beirut Spring. In the past, mobile users were served a different website using mobify.com. Now, you’re actually seeing the same website that everyone else is seeing, but the layout smartly changes according to your screen size (If you scroll down, you see the elements of the sidebar). If you’re reading this on a computer, try this simple test: Change the width of your browser and see how the website adapts.

This has many advantages. For example, you can now leave comments from your mobile device. You can also share on Twitter and like on Facebook. The only thing that is missing is the search box. I’m working on it. But otherwise, I’m looking forward to hearing your feedback.
