Why Can’t We Muslims Take a Joke?

Oh great. Another bout of embarrassment for being a Muslim.
A french satirical newspaper got bombed last night because it published a cover of a bearded man (ostensibly prophet Muhammad) saying: 100 lashes if you don’t die of laughter.
Who are these idiots who have nothing better to do than sneak up in the middle of the night to bomb a place because they published a cartoon? For the love of God (yes, him, the one in whose name you think you did that), why can’t you take a joke?
The worse part? Those people around me who are going to say that the person who did this is not a Muslim, but someone who’s out there working hard to mess the reputation of Islam.
Where is that one imam, in this whole world, who will issue the fatwa that it is forbidden to bomb people’s workplaces because they published a cartoon?
