Can Tripoli be a Car-Free City?

I previously wrote about Tripoli’s “pointless traffic”, which I so called because you can go from almost any point in the capital of the north to any other point on foot or bike.

Now, there is an excellent campaign for a Tripoli without cars for one day on November 13th. If you know anyone from Tripoli, please urge them to support this good cause.
