Impressed: Tobacco Law Removes Critical Loopholes

Remember the loopholes we previously talked about in the tobacco control draft law? Particularly the one where the owner of restaurant does not have to report smokers and is not punished for turning a blind eye?

Good news. The final law removed that loophole and cleverly states that “The investor and manager will be punished if he allowed smoking [in outfit] but won’t be punished if he notifies judicial control authorities”
