Who’s the Leader of All Nations?

According Lebanese politician/clown Wi’am Wahhab:
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is the leader of all nations and the leader of all honest people in the [Arab] nation
If you want to look at this in a positive light, the undertone of his statement is that he’s seriously concerned that Mr. Assad might be toppled..
