Lebanon’s New “Smoke Free Beach”

The southern coastal city’s public beach was inaugurated on Friday for summer 2011 and was declared to be a smoke-free area for the first time ever.
Yes, the best place to ban smoking is a wild open space by the beach where smoking hurts other people least. Grow up some balls and ban smoking in enclosed spaces where a ban really matters.
