That Same Boring Scenario In Forming The Government

The series of events below happened several times before, and it will happen again:

1- During the day Mr. Miqati negotiates with multiple parties and is “determined” to form a new government

2- In the evening Mr. Miqati’s and Mr. Berri’s “sources” (always anonymous) tell the media that the government will be formed “very soon” and that things are looking good

3- The next day, Mr. Aoun reads the optimistic headlines in the newspaper and declares that the optimism is misplaced and that the process is still in its early phases

4- A “surprised” Mikati responds that despite Mr. Aoun’s stances he’s “determined” to go through with the process
