Bahrain Reacts To Nasrallah’s “Lies”

March 20, 2011 · Mustapha Hamoui

Statement from the Bahraini Foreign Ministry:

“Bahrain, the independent and sovereign state, denounces lies and allegations by Nasrallah regarding current incidents in the kingdom that aim to serve foreign goals and studied plots […] Bahrain holds the Lebanese government responsible for the repercussions of those statements and false allegations which will undoubtedly impact on bilateral relations. [The Kingdom] will never be misled by such terrorist speeches made by someone like Nasrallah.”

What’s interesting is that Bahrain is publicly blaming the Lebanese government and is talking about an impact on “bilateral relations”. This is a small taste of what is to come when Hezbollah’s government is finally formed..
