This article by Victor Kotsev argues that recent PR moves by Israel — like withdrawing from Ghajar — are strategically designed to win favor with the international public opinion in preparation for a war with Hezbollah. In other words, this is a way of saying: “We did all we can to improve things with Lebanon but Hezbollah insists on attacking us”
