Our first Lady has released a “guide book about the situation of women in Lebanon”:

With this guide, public institutions, researchers and civil society organizations will be able to work toward a better monitoring of women’s reality and will be able to take the correct decisions in empowering women and eliminating all types of discrimination against them

I haven’t gotten a chance to take a look at it yet, but it sounds promising. I don’t think we’ve ever been in the situation where the first Lebanese lady has taken up the fight for women’s equality. In our macho society, this is worth keeping an eye on.. (If you find a link to an online version of the book, kindly let me know about it)
