It was loud, but nobody heard it:
Al-Markaziya news agency reported on Tuesday that the reenactment of the 2005 explosion in which former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri was killed took place on Monday. The reenactment took place at a military base south of the French city of Bordeaux.
At some point I had the impression that this was going to be used as a bargaining chip. I could have been wrong.
