How We Waste Money

Great investigative work by Oussama. In an international conference on mobile telecommunications to be held in Mexico, Lebanon decided to send an oversized delegation that is mostly composed of Minister Nahhas’ family members.

This is wrong on so many levels. The Lebanese tax payer is paying for the Minister’s family vacation in Mexico despite the fact we have a serious deficit in the country. Heck the Lebanese telecommunication sector is so backwards we could have easily skipped the conference altogether. But they don’t care, it’s not their own money they’re spending.
