Even The Palestinians Don’t Want The Lebanese Flotilla

From the Palestine Monitor’s editorial:

While it seems positive that Arab solidarity is making a belated appearance, and international organisations say the more pressure the better, there seems little to be gained from sworn enemies of Israel throwing their partisan agenda into an already diffuse mix.

This is the bad gift that just keeps giving. I never liked this idea and I think this whole venture lost its steam long ago. One can’t shake off the feeling that it’s taking off for the sole reason that the activists and their Hezbollah backers don’t want to lose face.
