The real bone breaking battle between the FPM+Tashnak+Michel El Murr Coalition and the Kataeb+March14 coalition will take place on August 5th in Matn. Prepare for one noisy battle (PS: If you’re eligible to vote, please start preparing your papers).
In Beirut, things might be a bit boring as there seems to be a Sunni consensus around the FM’s candidate “Mohammad Amin El Itani”.
That is unless Najah Wakim decides to fight that one backed by Hezbollah, as he suggested after Meeting MP Michel Aoun in Rabieh. In that case, we’ll have another exciting electoral fight to watch in Beirut.
