In case you haven’t heard of PressTV yet, please allow me to form your first impression.

My first contact with Iran’s CNN was through a story that came today in my newsfeeds: “Israel to ‘kidnap Hezbollah officials’ “

A Kuwaiti daily says French officials are worried that Mossad is to kidnap Hezbollah officials attending an inter-factional meeting in Paris.

When I learned that the Kuwaiti daily in question is al-Seyassah, I moved on to learn more about this new channel, or “chanel” as their above billboard suggests.

So I found this other story, which is actually entitled “Iran promotes peace in region”, which is nothing but an interview with an Iranian General:

the 33-day war in Lebanon, which engendered humiliation for the Zionist regime, clearly indicates that American foreign policy in the Middle East has failed.

I kid you not. This Tv station could be anything, but a subtle propaganda instrument it is not. No wonder it’s going down..
