Lebanese doctors have had it. They have decided to protest the many “wild claims” made by TV shows that promote usage of herbal medicine instead of conventional ones. The shows have apparently become so widespread and popular that they are starting to cause harm to the public. Zein Al Atat, a star herbal-doctor and Future TV guest, has become so popular he made a website where you’ll soon be able to buy his “medicine” from all over the world.
 
The doctors are now pressuring the TV stations for knowingly or unknowingly harming the holistically inclined.
 
But Dr. Mohammed Khalifeh, the resigned minister of health, knows whom to blame: The Lebanese people share the blame because they believe everything they are told.
 
“The Ministry cannot protect the stupid,” He concluded.
