Do you remember the Syrian official who once declared unceremoniously after Gebran Tueni was killed: “Every time a dog dies in Lebanon you’ll want to set up a tribunal”?
He’s back with a vengeance: “Syria will not submit any Syrian national to the international tribunal” he said, because at least the Syrian judiciary is not corrupt.
