Guess who’s complaining of the bad old Syrian ways?
Of all people, the Syrian Lebanese President said: “The Americans are behaving in Lebanon like the Syrians used to”. Could it be? Syria’s number one ally in the country is badmouthing them? Where’s the catch?
Albalad gives us a clue. He apparently said: The Americans are behaving like Ghazi Kenaan and Abdelhalim Khaddam used to. Of course, no mention whatsoever of his buddies Ghazaleh and Assad.
