5 Responses to Coming Soon, an Official Lebanese Food Pyramid
It is a good step for Lebanon. It’s abt time to stop following American Dietitians Guidelines that keep changing every two years or so. First a pyramid now a plate.
The cedar is much stable and hopefully will stay longer and grow
Localizing our own food guidelines, not only will help nutritionists and dietitians and the Lebanese patients but also will help food industrialists to focus on what the market needs and wants and ultimately improve the way we eat in Lebanon especially for children and teenagers who have no cautiousness like the adults. And ofcorse not all adults do have this awareness.
I believe that this “Tree” guideline” wont also be for Lebanese only but also for those who want to follow a healthy mediterranean diet that can eliminate most of the diseases the world is suffering from.

That’s really cool, I’m impressed !
What a ridiculous title for a food guide! What a “cedar” has to do with food or with anything useful for that matter?
Ya3ni when they’re not busy breaking the world’s silliest record, they’re stamping the cedar anywhere they could.
