1. A copy of the court order that was downloaded from Mr Makhoul’s blog said the article suspected the quality and safety of the servings. It said the blogger, who works for an advertising agency, had “hidden intents”.

   “They think it’s a conspiracy. It’s a very far-fetched argument. I don’t think they have a case,” Mr Makhoul said.

   How on earth can you sue someone over something so vague as “hidden intents”?

   I’d sure love to be in court that day, “yer honour, we call to the stand witness for the prosecution Mysterion the Mind Reader who will reveal these hidden intents”

2. You can go to their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/BenihanaKuwait?v=wall \Like\ it (ironically) and then leave a piece of your mind. I just did.
   That’s just disgusting.
   On the bright side, the guy’s career is probably ruined now, and he got more bad publicity than he ever did in Mark’s relatively harmless review.

   • I left a piece of my mind on their Facebook page. They deleted it, and blocked me. All bad reviews have been deleted. I suspect the management was trained by Syrian Moukhabarat.
