Remember how I wrote that creating a SWF (sovereign wealth fund) to manage potential oil finds would be fraught with too many political land mines in Lebanon?
It’s already happening. We’ve now gotten into the dreaded vicious circle of inaction and greed. And we haven’t even found the stuff yet. Meanwhile, the Israelis keep drilling.
