		<description>Mustapha, What is much worse than the speed , although that is hugely important, is the proportion of income that is needed to buy access. In a few countries people spend less than 1/2 of 1% of their income on access and then it climbs to 1% ; 5%; 10% and 25% . In Lebanon, just like Jordan and other countries in the region the internet users suffer of a double whammy. An exceedingly low speed coupled with one of the most expensive rates in the world!!!</description>
