the concept behind ‘beirut terraces’ offers a revival of the urban lifestyle integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces. the residential tower provides the platform for a vertical village where community living and sustainability are key design features. the light and dynamic form of the building stands out to differentiate itself from neighboring towers.
Looks nice, but I find it very flimsy. I wonder if it can survive an earthquake.
