I wouldnt worry about those missiles hitting Israel too much. They are short range artillery missiles, probably one of the Zalzal/Fajr type with a range of maybe 75 km.

Notice the lack of tail fins or at best only small ones on the unlaunched missile, the rail type launcher and relatively small size. The supposed super missile the shihab-2 or -3 has a different type launcher carried on a semi, not the small vehicle here, and large tail fins.
