Lebanese-forces.com Is Paralyzed, War in Mount Lebanon.

After the Future TV Network, The official website of the Lebanese forces was shut down by Hezbollah’s “freedom fighters”. I was told that the site will be back in around 2 hours.

Meanwhile, a large scale operation, spearheaded by Wi2am wahhab and Talal arselan is taking place to purge Mount Lebanon of Mr. Jumbalt’s PSP.

For live info, go to Lebanon Files(Arabic) and to Naharnet for English. For a Lebanese Forces blog, check ouwet.com.

If anything happens to this blog, I will start updating my old one.

Remember, this war is against the freedom of speech. Make sure you tell the world about that!

  7. Why did Siniora cave in? He should have used the Army to take on Lebanon. Had he done that, the United States and Israel would have eventually stepped in on his side and we would crush Hezbollah forever.

    Siniora is a chump.

  8. So, Mad at Seniora, there is no way you could be a Lebanese. You’d rather have Israel (who bombed your roads, forget the Shiites in the south, and ruined your summer and image to the west, in order for them to go into Lebanon again?

    You’re insane.

  9. “reculer pour mieux sauter” has been the presumed “tactic” of Seniora et al. for the past 3 years. In reality, M14 are a bunch of cowards that should never have deserved our trust. Nation building requires courage and determination, NOT APPEASEMENT and pussyfooting.

theCourtFool, you’re a moron. Je ferai du démon mon allié pour sauver mon pays. A thousand times YES to American and Israeli help, rather than a single minute under Syro-Persian hegemony and their Hezbezzbaalah minions and thugs.

  10. The court fool,
Just a replace Israel by Hezbollah in your last comment and you can get your answer…

  11. hahaha, smart Traffic :-)

But, I’d still rather blame Israel. Even the Israelis Blame their government, who am I to stand against my own Lebanese fellows, regardless of their religion.

  12. Mus, for me your site has helped me understand the situation in Lebanon better than any international media outlet. The submissions (until recently) offered insights from the people who are on the ground or who have close attachments and are writing their opinions without any spin or worry about keeping subscribers. The sudden large influx of what appears to be drained brains now has me considering the possibility that the new writers may represent interests other than themselves; a kind of psychological propaganda assault by low level amateurs.
If your site goes down we’ll know why. In the long run the dickheads usually lose and freedom of speech survives. At least know that you have a lot of loyal fans out here who appreciate your efforts in keeping the flame alive. I hope that you are in no physical danger.

  13. The ugly truth: In these last days of Hizballah’s unprovoked and unprecedented wave of violence, the Lebanese have become more fearful of Hizballah than of Israel. This group of mercenary thugs have shown complete disregard for human life, private and public property. The destruction goes beyond the obvious. It is a destruction of TRUST. No Lebanese citizen with half a brain will ever believe anything Hizballah says. Based on the death toll alone, Hizballah’s wave of destruction is likely to exceed the casualties inflicted by the 2006 Israeli invasion. Hizballah as a militia does not adhere to any international or human rights laws. They make the rules as they go along. That is precisely why the the Lebanese are more fearful of these thugs. Once the dust settles, The Lebanese will soon be united to fight the arrogant enemy within. The enemy is none other than Hizballah.

  14. Exactly. When Israelis invaded Lebanon it was due to provocation, but Hezbollah’s invasion of our country was unprovoked!

Israeli society is also superior to Hezbollah. We should hope that Israel invades Lebanon again, and that this time the US helps them crush Hezbollah. Maybe they’ll make us their 51st state!

  15. Well if it makes you feel any better march8.org is now claimed as pro March 14 territory

  16. The difference between Hezb and Israel is that Israel made a mistake of bombing the rest of Lebanon and they admitted it (internally); whereas Hezb thinks they are right about everything and they justify their actions to fit their agenda.
And you can sit at the table and negotiate with Israel, but you can’t do that with Hezbollah.

If we follow Hezb, we’ll keep digressing for the next 100 years. Their agenda is one of status-quo. So, either let them shit or get off the pot. If their whole existence is about fighting Israel, let them go South and do it. Otherwise, leave Beirut alone; and if they want to play politics, let them show-up in the Parliament and have a civil debate.

Of course, M14 showed their cowardness; but that doesn’t make Hezbollah heroes.

  17. Courtfool,
You say “who am I to stand against my own Lebanese fellows?”
Well for starters you can’t be Nasrallah, because undoubtedly he’s now got Lebanese blood all over his hands…

    Posted by Traffic | May 11, 2008, 9:38 pm
  18. Guys please stop this Hizbullah is Israel crap. Hizballah is Lebanese so the comparison is wrong. The better and more accurate analogy is Hizbullah is no better than the SLA (South Lebanon Army for those who do not know) after the Hizb’s invasion of Beirut and ,post May 7, Mr. Nassralah is just another Antoine Lahd. Both groups are Lebanese but both were on the payrolls of foreign entities and held allegiances to same. I ‘ll have a more detailed article on that soon.
