Best Quote Of The Day…

Plain Talking

..Goes to Naeem Kassem, Hezbollah’s second in command. This is what he said :

???????? ??? ???????? ????????? ??? ??? ???? ?? ??? ??????? ???????? ???? ???? ?? ???? ????? ???? ??????? ????????? ????? ???? ?? ????? ???? ??????… ???? ???? ???????? ?? ??????? ?????? ???? ?? ???? ??? ??????? ?? ????? ??????? ?????????

Translation (mine):

The disagreement between the loyalists and the opposition is not about ministers. It’s about two visions and two projects. One wants to make Lebanon a cornerstone of American intervention, and the other wants to make it an independent country. When we ask for partnership in the government, we do it because we want to protect the government from American influence.

I imagined Hezbollah highjacking many of March 14’s causes. But never in my dreams did I imagine that “Independence” was one of them…

To hijack…He has to have the principles of freedom of thought and independence. These turbines are trained in special Persian schools on how to talk in public and what to say. You always see them talking and gesturing with their hands(Raad, Hassoun, qassem, etc) with a ring on!!Theey almost never get angry but sweat a lot! Hassoun lost hid cool 2006 December on TV and he has not been respected since!!

I digressed Mus. Please do not listen to these fundamentalist ministers as they do not know the definition of freedom; be it Christian or muslim it’s all same crap!!

But it was funny. Here he is fighting his persian masters faqih battle and accusing others….

everyone shines shit and calls it gold. that same pile of shit has been thrown into the laps of eager lebanese and they are more than willing to call it gold. honestly, dear mustapha, et al, do you really believe the US administration cares about lebanon and its inhabitants? you really believe the US, out of pure altruism, is spending time, money and political capital to help a tiny nation thousands of miles away because the benevolent US wants to spread freedom and democracy? there is something to be admired in your eagerness for a better future and better nation, because I do believe your hearts are in the right place. but your critical thinking is nonexistant.

    to ali,

Iran and Syria don’t care about Lebanon as well, so please don’t forget to mention that as well.
And to tell you the truth I personally prefer the American life style over the Syrian and Iranian life style. And Hizbulla’s slogans about tolerance, I don’t really believe them. Do you know why?
Because an ARMED EXTREME RIGHT winged party like hizbullah would never practice tolerance. History speaks for itself.

The day Lebenon kicks hezbo out – will truly be independance day

They dont protect you from Israel, Israel wants to be lebanons friend.

Hezbo enslaves lebanon by perpetuating hated and war in the name of “resistance”, all while bargaining with syria for hegemony

  6.

    Hizballah is “hijacking” independence now?
So tell me then, who was it that kicked Israel out of Lebanon back in 2000 then?

I’m not pro-HA, but come on, at least be fair. M14 doesn’t give a crap about independence. Not that I like HA’s ideology, but they have done more for Leb’s “independence” than anyone I think.

    Jana,

“Not that I like HA’s ideology, but they have done more for Leb’s “independence” than anyone I think”

Wow! What a statement! I don’t know where to start… Private militia, trained in Iran, funded by Iran, strong supporters of Syria (the most prominent molesters of Lebanon’s independence), currently holding a gun to the head of the government, undemocratically requesting veto power, potentially takes orders from Iran, completely violates and ignores the states security institutions, I could go on for a long long time here… It seems we have completely opposite definitions of “independence”

i dont think hezbollah is responsible for “kicking israel out of lebanon”…i think it was more of the west (including US) saying that israel needs to leave to get the middle east to start moving more towards democracy and freedom. now for hezbollah to now come out and say that they are trying to prevent the US from having influence and have lebanon be independent, is what we call here in the US…blowing smoke up your ass. hezbollah wants lebanon to be independent of everyone EXCEPT SYRIA AND IRAN. where do they get their funding?? IRAN. where are hezbollah’s exiled leaders? SYRIA. ARE YOU ALL BLIND? the US and the west help fund your GOVERNMENT not a worldly recognized terrorist organization! get a clue people.

Guys it seems like you don’t understand him (lol).

This noble gentleman is talking about independence !where Lebanon is the stronghold of the Welayat El Faqih and an expansion of Persia.

If you don’t like it, he is ready to order you Fatwa of a gift bomb: Hizballa domain of expertise!!

One thing is becoming clear is these Iranian trained, financed, heck probably even chip-implanted humanoids, are masters at the game of deception. Their constant shifting and altering their stance are all tactics to ware out their opponents and thus move their agenda forward.

What baffles me is how long our smart and politically-savvy leaders are going to put up with this bazaar-like mentality chimps before saying we had enough.

What M14 been guilty of is that they have no plan, they’ve been reactionary to HA actions and demands. Until they have a sound plan and commit to implementing it, they’ll remain at the mercy of these street hagglers.

a close second to this quote would be aoun saying over and over yesterday, “people like HIM should not be able to write,” in reference to a journalist. As if our journalists haven’t been silenced enough…

Our leaders ARE bazaar-like mentality chimps. There are playing the same game on both sides.

“partnership”: dictate, impose, take and not give, supremacy, coercion.
“protect”: impose PAX Muselmana; Peace in our time.

Ah yes. The usual narrow-minded discourse rears its ugly head again.

Remind me again, who was it that commented a few days ago that we were like a bunch of narrow-minded children who needed to grow up. And the level of debate on this and other Lebanese blogs was laughable.
Whoever that person was, he or she was correct.

Keep on bickering, kids! Fight over who really cares about independence more than the other guy…By the time you all come to your senses, you won’t have any independence left to worry about.

When we ask for partnership in the government, we do it because we want to protect the government from American influence.

Kassem is just a mouthpiece. These words are probably those of Mugniyeh, Hezbollah’s real #2, and the man recently reappointed to prevent the spread of pro-Americanism throughout Hezbollah’s ranks. Torture and murder are Muggie’s tools in trade. I expect Lebanese will cower before him in short order, those who haven’t already.

    Hey everyone:

It would be much appreciated if you could visit my new blog:
    http://www.slickblog.wordpress.com

I am trying to lift it off the ground so it would be appreciated if you could comment, thank you.

P.S. Hezbollah contributed to the independence as much as anyone else. Did they not kick out the Israeli’s? Would Lebanon have as much independence if the Israeli’s still occupied a 10th of the country?
