		<description>I think he&#039;s a good candidate but he&#039;s a long shot.  Especially with all of these different versions of the list (one has 3, the other has 6, another has 12 - and the one with 6 has 2 versions!) its kind of hard to find out his chances.

One thing is for sure.  All of this March 8th vs. March 14th stuff aside, there has to be someone smart.  Someone intellectual, who truly wants to help bring business to Lebanon, reform education, and help the poor.  The need is for a MODERATE SMART candidate.  And Kattar seems like a good choice.</description>
