Discrediting Nassib Lahhoud

Trying to bring down March 14‘s preeminent presidential candidate.

Pro-Hezbollah newspaper Al-Akhbar and Aoun’s tayyar.org have published what they claim are pictures of a membership card of Nassib Lahhoud as a special forces member of the Palestinian Liberation Organization. The PLO is very unpopular with Lebanese Christians.

Mr. Aoun’s discussions with Hariri apparently did not prevent him from playing dirty politics by smearing the reputation of March 14′s most popular presidential candidate.

  1. HEHE Hezballah’s propaganda machine are getting really silly. They, Syria’s allies, are trying to discredit Lahoud with alleged ties to Syria. This is funny on so many levels.

  2. This is a great stunt by Nassib Lahhoud.

I think he fed the info to Al Akhbar somehow, and he has proclaimed himself the best candidate of M14, above Boutrous Harb, and drew out all the publicity for himself. Where would they find such a nice and old photo to fabricate such a lie? I am sure he gave them further documents to pull out as this event escalates.

I just don’t believe the whole thing.

  3. there must be a doctor’s report from Al Asfourieh floating around about Aoun. Why doesn’t anybody publish it?

  4. Yeah sure ! he certainly looks like a ‘fedaii” with his glasses (and his wasted arm/hand ).
The “orange” workshop is at it again?
