When groups like Baath, SSNP, Wahab's party (what is its name?) and Ittihad Al-Ishtiraki (Murad) take orders from Syria, it is Syria who owns "part" of Lebanon. When the above groups put Lebanon first, it is the Lebanese people who own ALL Lebanon! When groups like Hizb-Iran and Amal take orders from from Iran, it is Iran who owns “part” of Lebanon.
