Actually mustapha, those anonymising proxys are usually blocked right away.

the best way to circumvent it is through the onion routing technology. The best know implementation is TOR http://tor.eff.org

its a small software you install, it allows you to surf anonymously and is unblockable.. it’s used in china where they have the strongest firewalls
