Stoning A Cigarette

Miscalleneous

This is how Iranians celebrated the international No Tobacco Day. (Hat Tip kamangir, who will now be added to the sidebar’s Middle Eastern Bloggers feed. Another thanks to Jeha)

Sounds cute, but I’m not too easy with getting the children used to the concept of stoning. Any thoughts?

It could also be compared to bowling :)

I still see it as cute.

That’d be akin to allowing little catholic school kids to “stone” an abortion clinic.
Something tells me that idea wouldn’t fly in the U.S.

Its a great concept to spread the anti-smoking message with obvious concern about stoning. Given how many people smoking kills each, I think the trade off is still in favor of this concept to eradicate this bad habit of smoking. How many of them are going to stone people to death, really…one, two or three? Well, its still better…this joke is for you.
