Effect: Shia Minister resigns, opposition protests and demands “National unity government” and “early elections.”
 
Cause: Lebanese Government asks for the International Tribunal to be implemented under chapter 7
Effect (coming to a street near you): Opposition to massively protest “unfair disbursements of war compensations”

    Great post. why waste your blog on such issues as Marwan Hamade (Communications minister) granting DSL contract in Lebanon to his son, when you can post such a great and progressive article.
